client's need us, they have the means to quickly reach us. In addition
to being able to open a new Support Ticket, you may now "Page" or "Buzz"
our Tech Support department if you are experiencing a Service Related
Emergency (SRE). Please note A response from one
of our techs can generally take from 5 minutes to 2 hours, depending on
the availability of our tech's and our support queue volume.
Customer service is open Monday thru Saturday from 10 A.M. to 10 P.M.
EST, and Sunday 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. EST. We are closed on Holidays.
