At Ignitia, we've always implemented an important pricing policy. For one thing we never over price our services. Second, if we feel that performing the requested service on your unit is going to cost you more than either what your unit is worth, or the cost of a newer more powerful unit then we will not perform the requested service and advise you of our findings. Furthermore as of July 2008 Ignitia began implementing a new policy added to the existing policy. This policy is the Reasonable Price Assurance Plus.


RPAP applies to onsite and online consumer services only. RPAP guarantees to you that the lowest amount you are obligated to pay for onsite services is $35.00 unless we determine that we cannot provide the service. In which then you pay nothing. The $35.00 covers the service call trip fee and examination.

The second thing that the RPAP guarantees you is that none of our techs will ever stay at your place of residence for no longer than 3 hours! This means if we cannot solve your problem onsite within the 3 hour time frame, we will convert your $35.00 service call trip fee that you are already obligated to pay into our Premier Pickup and Deliver service for no extra charge!

That's right! We will take your system into our labs for you and return it and re-install it back in your home for no extra charge beyond the $35.00 you already paid. You simply choose one of the service options that are presented to you in your home and pay for that service when we return your system back to you. Best of all, we make the determination in regards to if we can fix your system onsite or offsite before we began performing the onsite requested service. 

So what does this "3 Hour Time Limit" mean for you? It means that if you are qualified for our local distance onsite pricing plan you are guaranteed to pay no more than $115.00 for onsite services per call*. If you are qualified for our long distance onsite pricing plan you are guaranteed to pay no more than $175.00 for onsite services per call*. This is simply the most incredible pricing policy in the entire industry. Another Ignitia first.

Please be aware this policy does not cover onsite notebook hardware service requests. We always recommend you bring your notebook into our labs if it requires hardware repair and diagnosis.

* This price only covers labor. This does not include any hardware needed.
