in Citrus County Florida. In late 2006 Ignitia ACS initiated a war
on Mal-Ware and security threats thus began offering malware removal
services, hard drive reformatting services, computer use education,
as well as maintenance plans and software application titles to
better aid, serve and protect its client base.
Ignitia ACS deploys a premier support & service based business
model. Clients report their issues, we investigate their "case" in
most situations for free, we provide a solution at an affordable
cost regardless if the sale of the end service is not conducted by
our company, and we take action. We open our phone lines for limited
but free tech support for existing customers. We believe that when
you provide the backbone support & courage a client needs, they will
return, even if it costs them, when they need you. As well as they
feel comfortable, and happy that they did.

client support does not end when the system is released from our

experience. We contact our clients periodically to check in on them
and ask of their systems current state of health as well as address
any new non previously reported problems.
Furthermore we provide safe and efficient pickup and delivery
services for our older clients who cannot bring in their systems
themselves. In early 2007 Ignitia ACS began to partner with several
third party warranty service providers. We provide state of the art,
professional onsite services to direct and indirect clients through
our third party warranty channels. In mid 2008 Ignitia launched the
"Reasonable Price Assurance Plus" policy.
