In late 2004, Ignitia Business Services (IBS) was launched and began serving the local businesses in the Citrus County Florida jurisdiction. IBS pioneered it's mobile version of an "in house" I.T. department in 2005 when it launched Office Networking Solutions later renamed to Mobile I.T. Solutions. Known for it's quick on the spot response and custom tailored solutions, IBS has won the trust of several local businesses.

In 2006 IBS, re-branded from United I.T. Online, a former PC IGNITION brand, revamped it's service offerings and divisions and began working on a new mobile I.T. service known as V.R.I.T.S. or Virtual Remote I.T. Services. The service features a remote connection module that allows us to not only maintain your systems remotely but service & troubleshoot them.

Furthermore in 2006 IBS partnered with Third Party (non warranty) Service Providers and began offering POS Terminal Installations and support for car dealerships and other in branch service related businesses in the Citrus County Florida jurisdiction.

2007 saw IBS become serious about snuffing out Mal-Ware and security vulnerabilities within their business client base as it introduced DigiGuard for Business, and immediately began protecting and cleaning several business systems. IBS is directly positioned to offer cost savings and value added services to our clients who purchase computer parts and electronics through our sister division Ignitia Computers & Electronics (Ignitia CE).

Looking forward, in 2008 HSG decided to fold it's WebNotica brand into Ignitia and IBS began offering former WebNotica services and plans to it's business clients. In late 2008 Ignitia announced the re launch of V.R.I.T.S. under the new name RemoteAssistLive. The newly revamped premier online remote support service offers unlimited phone and online remote support for only $24.99/per 2 units/per month. IBS is focused on being the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for our business clients who choose IBS as their business I.T. & Web service provider.
